the green flame burns most quickly on pink flesh.

so many images appear within brick 1 that i could spend years with this one image. i just may. 40 images and still going strong.

all series 1 brick psychedelias and distractions are derived from this one image. in the cases of the psychedelias and distractions i've reused the image often several times over, extracted parts of the image and overlapped them, but in general did not directly change any colors that resulted. that is to say that although i did change the hues, saturation, color balance, etc., i controlled these images with only the slightest use of precision tools, meaning: the paintbrush, pencil, eraser, etc. were largely unused.
