Conveniently Partial Melted Ice Goddess

Cold fusion being symbolic of this deity, her existence is questionable, she releases large bursts of energy at room temperature. This allows her (should she exist) to expel nearly all heat except an extremely limited amount around her hair line to keep her icicle locks chaotic and vibrant.
